COVID-19 Update: A message to our Urbane Unit family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our partners and customers, so we have redesigned our fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Right now we are only shipping to all states and provinces in United States, Canada, European Union, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 5-7 business days although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5pm MST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.

Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

Please contact us no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging. Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order.

PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED OR MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. MASKS, SOCKS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.


Bundled Products: Bundles are available for exchange or store credit only and must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.

Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Urbane Unit does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are Final Sale. Please contact us at customercare@urbaneunit.com to initiate a return or exchange. US and Canada orders over $150 are eligible for free returns. A $10 shipping and handling fee applies to any orders under $150. Thank you for understanding!

Sale Items
All sale and orders with a promotional code attached are final sale and not eligible for a return. Unfortunately, Urbane Unit does not honor price adjustments.

Damaged Items
We do our best however if there happens to be an issue with your order, let us know and we will do our best to make things right.
